Wellington Brotherhood - Helping fathers become better Dads.

 

The purpose of The Wellington Brotherhood is to be an active body in the Wellington Community through supporting and encouraging the betterment and growth of its fathers.

The Wellington Brotherhood was founded by a group of like-minded Dads (who met through Kiwi Daddys Wellington) wanting to make a difference in families lives. The Wellington Brotherhood provides a range of workshops for its members, a safe and supportive hub for Dads to openly express themselves and a secure forum to share and learn from each other’s real life experiences.

 

We hold organised social events to meet and grow our brotherhood, to create healthy social environments, to facilitate family outings and to grow the self-confidence and motivation of our members.

 

We pledge to actively being visible within projects in our hometown of Wellington.

 

The family is the first social unit a child knows, the family home is their first haven and their parents are their first protectors and teachers. From these factors they will develop perspectives of their self-worth, abilities and potential and purpose. We wish to support Dad’s in giving their best to tend to the emotional, physical, spiritual and developmental needs of their children in the best way that they can.

 

The Wellington Brotherhood envisions its Community’s Dads striving to achieve the full potential of their titles.
